Terrible experience. I regret choosing Wedjolo for my special day.
Despite paying the full amount on time as requested, the post-wedding service has been extremely disappointing. It has been over three months, and I still have not received the products, even though they had promised delivery within 15 days.
To make matters worse, the footage provided was of very poor quality and did not meet professional standards. During the booking process, I was shown high-quality videos and photos, but the final delivered data was of the worst quality. Even after I raised concerns and requested changes, the revised output remained the same.
Additionally, despite this being clearly their mistake, I was told that the quality showcased on their Instagram page is only for premium bookings. However, at the time of finalization, their manager, Sohail, had shown me the same premium-quality work without mentioning any such distinction.
On top of everything, the coordination has been highly frustrating. Every time I call, a new representative answers, and I have to explain my entire issue from scratch.
Save yourself the stress and choose a service provider who is more reliable and genuinely values their clients.
